The Botanic Retirement Village Clubhouse

The Botanic Retirement Village rests on an expansive 8-hectare site, designed to cater for over 800 residents at completion. At its heart, the clubhouse and pool house were conceived as a vibrant community hub aligning with the contemporary aesthetics of The Botanic Retirement Village, emphasizing integration with nature, usability, and surpassing neighboring offerings.

The Clubhouse offers spaces for dining, and entertainment, while the Pool House presents a suite of amenities including a 20-meter pool, gym, spa, sauna, and steam room.

The form draws inspiration from the traditional gable roofs but with a twist to portray a playfulness that one can appreciate over time. The blend of timber and glass in the building facade allows flexibility on the residents approach and use of this communal space. The transparency of the buildings not only fosters a lively atmosphere but being visible from most parts of the village, it passively attracts the fun seekers throughout the day.
