Whitby Lakes Retirement Village

Engaged by Aegis to review the original development plans, our team designed a new master plan to provide greater community interaction and site utilisation. Guided by the design principle of creating ‘communities with communities’, the concept took into account the wider environment adjacent to the shopping centre, lake and established vegetation to enhance the residents’ sense of social connection, purpose and fulfilment. Inside the resort-styled facility, the beautifully crafted restaurant, lounges and recreational spaces overlook the landscaped grounds and sit at the heart of the 134-house and apartment development.
