Like so many other businesses in Aotearoa, 2024 has been a bit of a tough one. But there have been some incredible highs for the team at Pacific Environments and we finish the year with a smile, looking forward to the opportunities that 2025 will bring.
The team picked up some design awards:
- Gold in the Best Design Awards for The Botanic Clubhouse
- NZCBIA Excellence and Merit Awards for The Botanic Clubhouse & Poolhouse
- Merit Property Industry Award for The Botanic Clubhouse & Poolhouse
- Merit Property Industry Award for Northcote Intermediate
- Gold NZ Commercial Property Award for Macleans College
- LENZ New Zealand Chapter Awards Commendation for Macleans College
Some highlights this year included:
- Waiheke Library celebrated its 10th birthday
- Tamatea Intermediate School in the Hawkes Bay had a special dawn blessing
- Our social club painting night, with paint kindly donated by Resene
- The Ka mua Ka maui artwork by Kazu Nakagawa made an epic journey to Christchurch where it was gifted to the people of Ōtautahi Christchurch (a collaborative project with Nakagawa in the 2019 Sculpture on the Gulf)
- A heartfelt thanks to Grant Neill as we welcome Clive Chapman as our new Managing Director
- and the many events we attended and sponsored
In 2025
As we wrap up the year, we’re excited about what lies ahead! The construction industry is showing promising signs, and we’re looking forward to seeing some of our exciting projects get the green light.
